Mis Estrellas Cautivas

All our talk (and song) about Mi Luna Cautiva made me think about what if there was a new moon, what would dominate the sky? With the absence of the glowing moon, the stars glow so much brighter, creating a field a sparkling stars, transforming the night sky completely.

  1. One of the new experiences in Argentina is that the sky is really different--you see the constellations of the southern hemisphere (the southern Cross, for example). And the moon, even when it's the same moon we all share, always seems to be its own. So maybe you're on to something in choosing a "new" situation.

    I'd say yes--but carry these imaginings farther, Rosemary. And I still like the drawing...
