All our talk (and song) about Mi Luna Cautiva made me think about what if there was a new moon, what would dominate the sky? With the absence of the glowing moon, the stars glow so much brighter, creating a field a sparkling stars, transforming the night sky completely.

La Pampa

While looking at images of La Pampa, I was captivated by images of storms rushing in, creating a unique moment where the sky is blue and black at the same time. This moment feels so powerful to me, without ever personally experiencing this situation. I think the feeling one would get when experiencing this moment first hand would be a feeling like no other: a rush of adrenaline while the light in the sky dulls swiftly, the air beginning to smell of rain, and the feeling of raindrops on your face before a drop has even left the clouds.
